Data Deletion

This page explains how to have your data removed from Operon AI Labs, including data received through our app on Meta's platforms (Facebook Login for Business and the WhatsApp Business Platform).

Option 1: Remove our app from your Meta account

1. Open your Meta Business Settings and go to Integrations → Business Integrations (or, for a personal Facebook account, Settings → Apps and Websites).
2. Select Operon AI Labs and choose Remove.

This revokes our access to your business assets. Removing the app does not by itself delete data we already hold, so please also send a deletion request as below.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email contact@operonailabs.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• Your name and business name.
• The email address or WhatsApp phone number associated with the account.
• Your WhatsApp Business Account ID, if you know it.

What we delete

Within 30 days of verifying your request we will delete or anonymize the access tokens, account identifiers, message content and metadata, and contact information we hold about you, and confirm by email. We may keep limited records that the law requires us to retain (for example billing records) and will tell you what these are.

Message recipients

If you are not a client but received a WhatsApp message sent through our products on a business's or organization's behalf (for example a bill or payment reminder), email the same address with your phone number and we will remove your data from our systems. You may also contact the sending business directly.
